SPA 101/102 and Spa 297/397 (Transfer 7 Credit Hours)

Each student takes an intensive Spanish course appropriate to his or her level. The Spanish language courses offered in this program are taught by qualified native instructors and focus on contemporary language and culture.

This course counts towards both the Spanish Major/Minor and General Education, and fulfill the Flagler College language requirement for International Studies Major, English, or History Major.

 

SPA 340 Special Topic (3)         

It is a seminar course. Readings, lectures, guest speakers and class discussions provide the opportunity to explore the cultural richness of the Andean world through a particular country, Peru. 

Prerequisite: Instructor's permission  .

 

PSY 340 Cultural Perspective of Human Development (3)

This course is designed to encourage students to develop a deeper understanding of the ways in which culture influences human development. Specifically, the course will focus on contexts provided by Andean family, religions, and society. Psycology majors.

Prerequisite: PSY 101
