This is an approved study abroad program through the Humanities Department and the Social Sciences Department; it may qualify for financial aid.
 
In order to qualify for financial aid a student must be registered for full-time studies (minimum 6-credits) in the summer. Please direct all questions about student financial aid eligibility to the Financial Aid Office.

 

 
Scholarship

 

A variety of organizations and institutions provide scholarships and grants for study abroad from the United States. Many provide assistance that is targeted to specific student populations (underrepresented student groups; African Americans; Asian Americans; Latino/Latina Americans; Native Americans; students with disabilities; gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered students).

 

Gilman Scholarship for International Programs (http://www.iie.org/Programs/Gilman-Scholarship-Program) This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant.

IIEPassport Study Abroad Funding is one of the many search engines for those looking for scholarships.
